Order Overview

What happens when I place my order?

  1. Confirmation Email: You'll receive a confirmation email confirming receipt of your order and outlining the order details. Please review this email to ensure accuracy.
  2. Artwork Request (If artwork was not uploaded at time of order): You'll receive an email with instructions on how to upload your artwork.
  3. Digital Proof: You will receive a digital proof that shows how your artwork will be decorated on your chosen swag. Proofs will be sent within 48 hours of order placement or of artwork upload.
  4. Approve or Modify Your Proof: Approve your proof within 24 hours to avoid delays to your ship date. Modifications to your proof can be made but could delay the expected ship date.
  5. Production: Your order will go into production immediately after proof approval. No changes to the order are possible after this point. This is also when your credit card will be charged for the order.
  6. Order Ships: You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.

What if I don't approve my proof in time?

Digital proofs must be approved within 24 hours in order to avoid a delay to the expected ship date. Proofs must be fully approved (including requested modifications) and sent to production within 5 business days or orders will be automatically cancelled and must be redone.

When will you charge my credit card for my order?

When you submit an order we place an authorization for the full amount of the order on the credit card you used. This authorization doesn't immediately charge your card but gives us the ability to capture the payment within approximately 5 business days. We capture the payment once the proofing process is fully complete and the order has been placed into production. If the proofing process takes longer than 5 business days, your order will be cancelled and you must submit a new order.

Will I see what my swag will look like before it ships?

Absolutely! We provide digital proofs for every item to ensure there are no surprises. If something on the proof doesn't look quite right you can reject the proof and our designers will modify the decoration to fit your request.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified at any point prior to entering production.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping to a single address is FREE to any location within the United States.

How long will it take to get my order?

Production times for each item can vary but will be listed on the individual product detail page. These dates do not include shipping time and exclude weekends and holidays.
